I forgot my password. How can I reset my password?

Go to backofficeremedies.com and click “LOGIN” > “Employee longin”. Click “First time user or forgot your password?” located the bottom of “login” button. Then enter your email address. You will receive an email contains a link to reset your password. Follow the link and enter a new password. You will receive a confirmation email once your password is successfully changed.

When I log in to my account, “403” error shows up.

You cannot login to BOR-Go with more than 2 different accounts on the same browser at the same time. If you are already logged into one BOR-Go account, please log out first before logging into another. Then try to log in with the other account. Alternatively, you can you open an incognito window for the other account.

Time Tracking

How can I edit my clock-in/out time?

You are not allowed to edit your time tracking records. Please contact your employer.

I don't have any internet connection. How can I clock-in/out?

BOR-Go Mobile App does not require an internet connection. So, even if you are in a no-connection environment, you can still clock-in/out. Time and location are saved based on the moment you clock-in/out. (Map might not showing a correct location, but still you GPS information is properly recorded.

Please try to uninstall the app first. Then Install again. If you still have issues, please contact our customer service department.

I can't receive SMS message from my company.

Send “y borhr” or “subscribe borhr” to 343434. ”

I don't want to receive SMS from my company.

Send “stop borhr” to 343434.
